Description:

This application serves as a straightforward solution for displaying web pages or PDFs based on a centrally managed URL. It requires a Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution such as Jamf Pro or Jamf School for enabling managed app configuration.

Use Cases:

 <li>Simple Kiosk: Locks the device to display a specific web page.</li>
 <li>Secure Kiosk: Incorporates a timer to return to the homepage and clears cached user data.</li>
 <li>Interactive Kiosk: Allows users to enter a URL.</li>
 <li>Surveys/Forms: Presents a web-based survey form while locking the device during completion and automatically unlocking after submission.</li>
 <li>Maintenance: Displays a curtained view while the device undergoes maintenance.</li>

<ul>
 <li>Managed App Configuration to define the URL through a central management console.</li>
 <li>Support for Autonomous Single App Mode (ASAM), giving users the ability to enable or disable this mode within the application.</li>
 <li>A built-in maintenance mode with an embedded image, enabled via Managed App Configuration.</li>
 <li>An optional navigation bar for user interaction, also enabled through Managed App Configuration.</li>
 <li>A timer function that resets the app to a predefined URL.</li>
 <li>The option to delete cached user data when returning to the homepage or during timer reset.</li>
 <li>A feature that allows for automatic turning off of app lock (ASAM) when a specific string is found in the URL, used in conjunction with REMOTE_LOCK set to ON.</li>
